Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.Bullion coins are priced for their weigh and purity. There may be minor scratch from minting process, toning or tarnishing. These are beyond our control for we sell bullion directly from the mint tube/box. Please buy directly from our office if this is a concern, otherwise goods sold are final.
 

Product Ownership and Deposit Policy
All products reserved by customer shall remain in the possession and property of www.Silver10Malaysia.com. until the full payment is received. The company's liability is limited to the full amount of the product only. Reservation is only valid for one month from the date deposit paid. Deposit is not refundable if customer fail to do so. Deposit will be forfeited if customer cant make the payment within one month.
 

Newsletter
User shall agree that Silverten may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Silverten harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Postage
Silver10malaysia only use Pos Laju to ship our products to customers. Tracking number will emailed to customer once parcel mailed. Poslaju usually takes one working day within Peninsular Malaysia and two working days in some part of Sabah and Sarawak. All parcel movements from the origin PPL up to the name of recipient signatory will be reflected in the tracking log at poslaju website.

Payment
All sales are final.They are not cancellable, refundable or returnable.The full amount of the order must be paid within 72 business hours.  However, if your payment is not received within 3 business days of the order date, Silverten will have the option to cancel your order and the customer will be subjected to market loss policy and a admin fee of RM50.

Market Loss Policy
Once an order is submitted and a confirmation number is given, the transaction is valid and it may not be cancelled unless the individual is willing to bear the difference in the ask price based on our current ask price, if any, and an additional RM50.00 cancellation fee. Any market gain in price will not be refunded.

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the Goods nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the Goods.

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or silver10malaysia.com. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time.
